Privacy

This website is run by Will Lockyear, a photographer based in London. If you have any questions about your information, email will.lockyear.photo@gmail.com.

Getting in touch

When you email, call or message me, I receive the details you send.

I use them only to reply to you and, if you book, to arrange and carry out the shoot. I don’t share your details with anyone else, add you to a mailing list or use them for marketing.

I keep enquiries only for as long as they’re useful for the work, then delete them.

Measuring visits

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t follow you to other websites and doesn’t collect information that identifies you.

Bookings

When you send a booking request or book a shoot through this website, I receive your name, email address, phone number, agency, the property address and postcode, access details and any notes. They’re stored securely with Netlify, which hosts this website, and used only to arrange and carry out the shoot and to invoice for it. I don’t share them with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it, by emailing will.lockyear.photo@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
